2. Scope
These GTC apply to all user accounts ("Publishers") on SharkVault.net. By registering, the Publisher accepts these terms.
3. Use of the Platform
- The platform may only be used for lawful purposes. Illegal content or activity of any kind is prohibited.
- Publishers must not engage in fraud, manipulation, or technical interference with the platform or monetization mechanisms.
- Activity that violates the terms of connected advertising networks or causes harm to SharkVault.net partners (e.g., advertisers) is forbidden.
- Access or use from countries or regions subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other trade restrictions is not permitted.
- SharkVault.net reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold or reclaim earnings, and seek compensation in case of violations.
4. Payouts
- Minimum payout is 100 USD.
- Payouts require a valid payment address and compliance with these GTC.
- Payouts may be delayed, withheld, or reversed if fraud checks or partner verifications are pending.
5. Fraudulent Behavior
- Revenue generated through fraud or manipulation may be recovered even after payment has been made.
- Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Taxes
Publishers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on their earnings.
7. Account Suspension
SharkVault.net may suspend or terminate accounts at any time in cases of fraud, violations of these GTC, harm to partners, or at the sole discretion of Trimors Ltd.
8. Jurisdiction
English law applies. Place of jurisdiction is London, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Severability
If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
10. Intellectual Property
- All rights to the design, software, brand, and platform functionality of SharkVault.net remain with Trimors Ltd.
- No party may copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative services that imitate or exploit the platform's design, functionality, or brand identity.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
- SharkVault.net is provided "as is" without warranties. Trimors Ltd is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses.
- Any liability is limited to the amount of payouts earned by the Publisher within the last 12 months.
12. Indemnification
Publishers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trimors Ltd, its partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from their use of SharkVault.net or violations of these GTC.
13. Changes to Terms
Trimors Ltd may update these GTC at any time. Changes will take effect once published on SharkVault.net. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
